My sister shopped yesterday at this location. When she was being checked out, she smelled some perfume, as you do when there’s perfume sitting there. The sales associate told her she had to buy it because she smelled it. (Mind you, there was no signage on the counter where she was). Not sure what kind of place doesn’t allow you to smell perfume? The associate bullied her into buying it and made sure to tell her no refunds. She left almost in tears (and it was $25, and she’s strapped for cash these days so spending money on something she didn’t want is not ideal). I only wish I’d been there, this behavior is absolutely not okay. Not sure if she’s making commission or something but I think management ought to know what kind of face is representing...
