I rated this place a 1 star establishment because they didn't have a zero. I've never seen anyone as annoying and rude as Annette. The entire time she was ruining my hair she was popping gum in my ears. I finally had to get up whether my haircut was finished or not(and it wasn't) and leave. Not only did she ruin my hair she made rude remarks and told me that she was "tired and hungry" (after telling me what an abundant lunch she had) so I got up before she did further damage to my hair. She was sloppy, arrogant, and proud of it. It's not easy getting a good haircut these days but you live and learn. Oh well rant over. Just didn't want anyone to be subjected to this "lady". The shop may have decent employees but Annette is not...

I’ve been looking for a solid barbershop in Jacksonville for years. I have to say I’ve finally found it. Cliff’s is a great barbershop where everyone is friendly, the shop is spacious, clean, welcoming and haircut prices are reasonable. I’ve only had Geri Ann cut mine and my son’s hair so far (got lucky and found a great one right off), she does a fantastic job every time. However, I’ve watched the other barbers while I’ve waited and I’d use any of them as well if Geri Ann just wasn’t available. If you’re looking for the barbershop you grew up with, look no further.
