I have been transported against my will. I was directed to sit down on the stretcher to briefly be checked out… Then, I was strapped in, loaded into the ambulance, and told that i was "locked in" and had to choose which hospital I wanted to go to. I stated that I did not want to be transported and did not need medical attention. We had a house fire recently and not only did JFRD take a long time getting to us (multiple neighbors can confirm this) but they also took their sweet time helping my brother who was in critical condition with burns on his shoulders, chest, arms, and hands.
