It's pizza! Best when hot. Decent when cold. Avoid ordering when they are crowded, the quality suffers dramatically. The store has a fairly high turnover of staff, which is not a good sign of proper management or ownership... one or both are likely a problem. This store has had poor upkeep with it's customer waiting area since it opened. A lot of people wouldn't notice, but I've managed fast food, retail, and several different pizza places, and am critical of things. The bathroom is in poor shape, toilet frequently runs, the bathroom door drags across the floor, the sink has been disgusting on multiple occasions. The tile at the front entrance has been cracked or missing for as long as I can recall.
I DO HIGHLY suggest coming in, when the store is not yet busy... say an hour after lunch until maybe 4:00 or 4:30 pm before it gets busy for dinner rush. This is going to be a good time to get a well made, fresh pizza, with attention given to it. I like to order my pizza a certain way. I tell them to be sure to make it right or they will make it twice. I don't usually have a problem, because they remember I'm demanding. But, I also tip them well if it's made VERY well. If it's just made good, I still tip 20% to 25%.
I suggest tipping your pizza and takeout staffs well, as well as your delivery drivers. They have a very good memory of who takes care of them. Treat them well and they will usually take the time to make sure your orders are right and have your extra napkins or...
Read moreI have been going to this Little Caesars for 4-5 years and have always had great pizzas without any complaints. I don't know what's been going on the last few months, but the last 5 times in a row going there, I have had issues anywhere from with getting the wrong order, undercooked pizza, bread sticks that are still raw dough and mushy and we're hardly cooked, and overall just bad pizza. Everything has just been inconsistent.
When I order a pick up pizza portal, I do not want a hot and ready that's been sitting there until someone takes it. I have always gotten brand new cooked pizzas that were great, but lately they just put a hot and ready they haven't sold in there.
The pizza I just bought tonight is basically just dough and cheese. No sauce hardly on the pie anywhere. And I know it was not a brand new pizza. I ordered it across the parking lot because I had to go to another establishment. By the time I got there and went inside it was less than 5 minutes and my order was already done. On the app it said it would be done in 15-20 minutes. That's how I know it was not a newly cooked pizza. See image.
I have been going to Little Caesars for practically my entire life and never have I ever had this bad of experiences in a row. I will usually vote Little Caesars over most fast food pizza places like dominos or pizza...
Read moreBro this is the worst little caesars experience. First I'm having to wait over 30 minutes, after being told 10 to 15 minutes. I get back home and my pizza is burnt( I don't ever return food, I am not being dramatic) I go to grab a slice and the whole thing just like rips apart, it wasn't cut, there were large areas underneath the pizza that were black the crust was hard as a rock... by the way I rode my bike up there... so I then call the store and get put on hold... I am now able to ride my bike from home to the Little Caesars the entire time being on hold never being answered. I'm watching people around me I ordered the same thing as me but after me and I've been in the restaurant industry forever and you always give the customer that you've made a mistake on the food first. So I'm not having to wait another 20 minutes for a basic "Hot'N'Ready" pizza. Didn't really seem like they cared. The guy behind the register was very busy and I feel bad for him it wasn't his fault. Just a horrible experience all together now I'm sitting here outside on the curb...
