Mailbox Plus 2 — Local services in Jacksonville

Very friendly, and a great convenient location for me! I used to have to go to the post office every time I needed to drop a package off, and because of the covid restrictions, I'd have to wait in long lines with very little staff to assist there. But I just found out that Mailbox Plus 2 is literally down the street from me, and I'm there for only a few seconds to a few minutes for all my shipping needs! They are my new go-to, I definitely recommend! And there is also a computer kiosk available if you would like to print documents, for example from your email, which is a great idea! They also offer custom printing like on t-shirts, for anyone interested on printing shirts for events, school, or just creating your own graphic...

The gentlemen that run this place are just plain amazing! I called to ask what kind of Christmas stamps they had because the post office was sold out; they took the time to look at the different ones and count to make sure there were enough for my needs. I’m know this sounds like a small ask, but they give the kind of customer service that just feels helpful and thoughtful. I don’t know about you, but when I’m running my errands I want to give my business to the “makes you feel good” type of businesses! It’s not on my normal route, but I may go here to drop off packages and whatever else just to support this...
