I went into the Tax Collector office. I was there by way of an appointment and was not a walk in. I only had to wait a few minutes to get called. I have done walk in and join the line and by far the best way is to get an appointment people. If you join the line or walk in you will wait at least an hour but I have waited 2 hours before on a walk in. If it is not an emergency and you can wait for an appointment I highly recommend that. The weakest part of this business is handling the walk ins and join the line people. They have a lot of desks for a lot of staff but don't always have full staff working which will cause major delays to walk ins and join the line individuals.

The place has a drink machine and a fair amount of seating. You can hear your telephone number outside the front door if you want to wait there or there is no seating.

Pretty good harbor freight. The usual offbeat location for their stores. Staff seems friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the locations of things. Inventory has been low during Wuhan Virus but stuff does trickle in. I sometimes have to make a few trips to get everything I need right now. What's really aggravating is that I'm in the inside track club and I have not been getting any coupons. They were taking expired coupons for a while but stopped now. So I'm checking out last week and they WON'T take my coupon. Ok. But the guy in line behind me offers to let me use his EMAIL coupon which ISN'T expired. So what the heck am I paying $50 or whatever a year for??? Talk about...

Closest BJ's in town, selection is maybe not as much as other warehouse stores, but is still very strong and they have everything you might want. Definitely definitely better than going to a certain "center of town" for a more nationally recognized warehouse store that is always insanely, crowded and challenging to navigate through parking lots and streets.
