MESS ! So I decided to share my last experience on this place went to the store to purchase some stuff also bring back a dress that I bought from this store a week ago , after wait a long time to get into the cashier , i give her the dress to return with RECEIPT AND TAG and told her to put the money of the returned dress into some of my new purchases. When this cashier have the audacity to tell me LOWER that the tag no belong to the dress an also the RECEIPT NO match with the item .... so she need to ask her manager name Jen what to do about .. and for my surprise she came back saying that the her manager said they TJ max doesn't sell this brand 😳 so I immediately ask her to talk to this manager that was CALL ME A LIER and the cashier keep sLower WE don't seand this brand the ticket nor amatch the tag isn't of this dress😡😡😡I need to see other customers the line is getting longer ....so I said I'm not going anywhere until this get resolved!!!!!! She call the manager name Jen several times on the store microphone and she finally said she's not coming on the front of the store if you want you can wait for STACEY the other manager that's coming from the lunch .. long storie short Stacey show up 25 minutes and figure out all out that the RECEIPT MATCH THE TAG BELONG TO THE DRESS and the store for sure sell the brand !!!!!!!! I always shop jewelry at this particular store on Atlantic Blvd..mostly the the women on jewelry recognize me. I picked up a ring and the spanish sales lady notice that it does not have a prize. She went to the office and a black lady came out and start talking to other customer then sold customer a purse where the jewelry dept. The spanish sales lady kept on saying that the black lady is the manager and will help me. The black lady mgr. looked at me and ignored what the spanish lady was saying kept on talking to the woman to the extend that their conversation went to she knows a person working there and the black lady called her on the phone and heard her saying "she want to see you but probably you don't want to see her." Then a lady came and she recognize me and she starts talking to me. Then she went to the cashiers. Then finally the black lady ack oledge me and she said " i have to put a prize on this. I jokingly said probably I will get a discount since I waited so long. She answered in a sarcastic voice " you should come back on Mondays. That left bad taste in my mouth.
