As my service dog and I were finally able to get the heavy door open we walked inside to be verbally assaulted by 4 employees clustered to the right side of the door. They scared the heck out of me. There was only one who put 2 + 2 together. I was an elderly woman walking with a cane and holding on to my service dog as if life depended on it. And at that moment it was life and death to me. Or more specifically I felt it at that moment. The lady on the left came over and gently whispered to me do you have a return to tend too? I did the best I could an told her, I did in fact. She helped me find to where to go. The lady at the customer service desk was able to help within 5 minutes. As I left the store I told the problem four that they scared me big time. All of their fuss was about my service dog. How cute she was. Which I could have appreciated had the not jumped me. When I first started, I loved it. But then I wasn't happy after 3 months. A lot of the machines I couldn't adjust to fit me. Also, the dirt issue on the machines was gross at times. I would come in when it would first open. So normally, the night shift cleans up. Well let's just say you could most definitely tell when night shift DIDNT CLEAN or how often they did cause the build up would show or weights would be set up because clearly no one thought to fix them before closing.
