Marshalls — Local services in Jacksonville

A very weird Marshalls. Very nice when you walk inside, the fixtures look more like a high-end department store than a Marshalls. But for some odd reason like 60% of the shelves were completely bare. It almost looked like they were just moving into the space. I'm not sure what happened in the days before I was shopping at this Marshalls but it feels like something happened. I rarely write bad reviews. I prefer to address the issue in person, resolve it and make on. This Marshall’s has the rudest woman, named Francina, working in the fitting room. I addressed the issue with the manager and she encouraged me to write a review and take the customer survey. I was told that this employee has a difficult demeanor and the manager said “I would have been mortified if that happened to me.”

I am very disappointed with this store. The workers do their best to drive customers away, starting at 9:30 PM by dimming the lights and saying that the store will be closed. And the name lights are turned off in advance so that no customer comes to hang out. I regret to tell you that because of the staff this store will go bankrupt soon.
