I just wanted to take a moment to praise Maddi and Lauren for their exceptional service during our visit. It was my first time going to an escape room and we choose the Prison Break room which is a 9/10 difficulty level. I went with another friend as a party of two and we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to solve it. Side note: We didn’t make the prison break 😂 but it was so much fun and Maddi and Lauren reassured us that if we had just 10 more minutes we would’ve solved it as we had made it into the last room before the time had run out. So sincerely we truly appreciated how helpful and kind they were throughout the entire experience. Not only did they assist us when we needed it, but they also went above and beyond by showing us the other rooms, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Their enthusiasm and dedication really made our visit unforgettable. They absolutely deserve recognition for their hard work in fact, I believe they deserve a raise! Thank you, Maddi and Lauren, for making our escape room experience so memorable. We will definitely rebook to try to escape another room again!"

This will forever be the best escape room experience I will ever have and will do. I've done over 30 escape rooms in my life and this place alone has two rooms that make the top 3. I would rate it even higher stars if I could. I just wanna make a HUGE shout out to three employees in particular which are Kyle, Sydney, and Megan. Kyle actually did two rooms with me and he alone made both an awesome experience. Sydney was the game master for our first room and she had both of us laughing and having the best time while in the room. The same goes for Megan, who made the second room just as memorable as the first. Just themselves and their personalities alone made this an extremely memorable experience. If their higher ups are reading this, I would definitely give them a raise because I can guarantee that they make me wanna keep coming back and telling my friends and family about this place again and again and again.

Disclaimer, I never did an escape room before and was just looking for a way to kill sometime while I was in the area. I figured this would be a fun way to kill an hour and I'm so glad I went with it, I booked Prison Break because it was the first option on the website, the staff told me it was more geared for multiple people and even offered for me to pick another one instead. But even though I didn't finish it, I still had a blast. My hostess Amber (not Amanda) was so nice and helpful when I started hitting the hint button. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the escape room. I'd love to do it again maybe with a friend next time. Edit - I went back and gave Gold Rush a try and was able to complete it, it was also fun and challenging, I wouldn't hesitate recommending either escape room to anyone. Also, I learned hostess was named Amber, I corrected that.

We had an absolutely amazing time and a great experience! It was by far the best escape room we have tried to date. This was our first time there but we have already made plans to try another room as our entire family could not stop raving about it. We tried the playroom for my twin 8yo daughters birthday and not only was it fun and entertaining for them, but difficult enough for all the adults. Not only did we have a blast exploring it and solving the puzzles, but the room itself was one of the most neatly decorated and put together rooms I’ve ever been to. I also have to give a huge shout out to the staff, as they were all extremely kind and they even wrote and signed a birthday card for my daughters by the time we got out. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place - we will be back!! 💗

Yay! So much fun - definitely met our expectations. We even did a second Escape because we enjoyed the first one so much. The staff members were so friendly and helpful- they made sure we were comfortable and felt safe. We did “The Prison Break” and “Gold Mining”. They level the games by difficulty- that’s very helpful. They also help you select the game that is best for your size of group if you want their help - also extremely helpful. There’s shirts and novelties to purchase if you’d like. Shirts are nice quality. Cold beverages available. The restrooms were clean and there’s a drinking fountain. Easy finding the building. We had plenty of parking. There’s restaurants in the same shopping center if you want to do multiple games and need to eat. So glad we came… definitely coming back.

We did the Playground Room event for my son’s bday, the kids and parents loved it. A very fun room that is challenging enough that the adults were engaged but the school concept made it fun for the kids. Kyle was our game proctor and he was great! He understood the balance of providing help when the kids appeared lost, while still allowing the adults to work through the clues/puzzles. So big shout out to Kyle for hosting a really fun room experience for us! I absolutely recommend him as a game host/proctor. Thanks Kyle! Definitely a fun and unique birthday experience for all of us. This is our 3rd event with The Escape Game in Town Center and we (adults) are planning on coming back for the new “Heist” Room. Thanks again to the whole crew especially Kyle & Lauren!
