I had been going to the same place for 4 years and always left feeling a little bummed that my hair was never as blonde as I used to get it in the past. I finally decided to do some research on reputable blonde hairstylists in Jacksonville. That is how I stumbled upon Caroline. I scheduled an appointment and patiently waited until it was my day to give someone else a try. I can wholeheartedly say that Caroline is THE BEST hair stylist that I have had the pleasure of meeting, in my many, many years of searching for the right one. I can say, I’ve found her! Caroline was so a sweet and understanding, even with me being 45 minutes due to my inability to follow directions. Caroline patiently foiled my hair for 2 hours, just to ensure she could give me the results I was hoping for. She taught me quite a bit about various reasons my hair is experiencing thinning and my struggle to get it to grow. She provided several recommendations - which I jumped at trying.

Needless to say, the results of my hair were beyond what I went into her chair hoping for. I will most definitely keep returning to Caroline!

904 Balayage is THE place to go for beautiful hair!! I’m always very cautious when trusting someone with my hair, but quickly after discovering 904 Balayage I felt comfortable making an appointment. Their expertise in “low-maintenance & lived-in hair” is impressive, and I quickly knew I would be in good hands. Marlie did an amazing job, from discussion beforehand where she helped me pinpoint exactly what I wanted, to her attention to detail throughout the entire appointment — my hair turned out exactly how I hoped!! I’m in love! Literally cannot say enough good things about my whole experience: I’ve never had so much transparency with costs at a salon, I knew exactly how much I would be paying before I even booked my appointment, and the cost of my future “tone & refresh” appointment was discussed before my original appointment even started — loved that. Lastly, everyone was so fun and friendly, and the salon couldn’t be cuter! Can’t...

I’m not one to write reviews, but I had to put one in for Caroline. I usually can never find a good hairstylist for my thick hair, furthermore to achieve what I want, but she did an excellent job! I can finally say I found a perfect hairstylist for me & will recommend her to anyone who comes my way.

She explained me the whole process from beginning to end, even at the end she made me feel comfortable enough to give critiques (when there literally wasn’t any), but I feel as if you can’t get that from all hairstylists.

With my thick hair I was in there for 5 hours, but she made me feel so comfortable and made the whole thing fly by with her sweet energy! Her area was so clean and calming which I personally find a big plus.
