Peterbrooke Chocolatier Town Center — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This is by far the BEST Peterbrooke in town! They always have the freshest Chocolate covered popcorn and strawberries and the Dark Chocolate Truffles are truly amazing! Last year, I was looking for a gift for my boss, something special. Peterbrooke Town Center sure did the job, they had a variety of baskets at every price range I could imagine. As I was looking at the wonderful selection of sweet treats, an employee even offered to make one tailored just for my needs if I didn't see exactly what I wanted! That is what I call Great customer service! Peterbrooke Town Center was also very generous when I came to them for my Elementary School's fund raiser. Horrible!!! Am visiting from the Tampa bay area and wanted to try this place but it was a big disappointment. The chocolate on the strawberry cup was Horrible and not evenly distributed, it just looked as if she dumped all the strawberries in the bottom and just added a whole bunch of chocolate on top and there was next to no pistachios on the cup. Also, the chocolate was not creamy and it got so hard soooo fast I couldn't even eat half the cup because the spoon broke, that's how hard it got. I've had strawberry chocolate cups in Tampa so I know that's NOT supposed to happen. And for how pricey it is i was expecting a lot more. I'll never go to this...
