Customer service has gone downhill here. The woman working the counter has no sense of courtesy or gratitude for my business. She cannot even muster a “thank you” for my purchases. When I let her know I’m waiting at the counter to be rung up, she replies with a curt, unfriendly response rather than courtesy. It is not an inviting store anymore, and her rude, ungrateful attitude has no place in our friendly town of Jacksonville. You can see by the responses here that she has no intention of owning her bad attitude, apologizing, or fixing it, and chooses to blame her customers rather than apologize. I have shopped here many times, but never again, unless she can see the error in her attitude and learn how to offer courteous customer service. People who understand good customer service know that no matter how you are feeling personally, you leave your baggage at the door and treat your customers like gold. Read moreWe visited Pico's today around 1130am, Chelsea was working, I picked out a specialty soap for my brother and the two gentlemen I was with, were going to buy jackets ($70.00 each) and I asked one of them to smell the soap, see what he thought. Naturally he pulled his mask down to do so and in an overly aggressive stance Chelsea barked at him to pull up his mask. An alternative would have been "can you pull up your mask please?"
