I’ve been going to Suvada for over 10 years now for myself and my mother. My mother is a very picky client and it was so hard to find a professional hair dresser that will satisfy my mother. But when I found Suvada and brought my mother to her, it became a blessing for both, my mother and I. Suvada will never let anyone to leave her salon with a wet hair. She always washes and dries and styles your hair without charging exorbitant prices. I am not a natural blonde, I am a brunette and I go every couple of months for a highlight. If I could put 0 stars I would. I called for an appointment 3 days in advance, everything sounded good. I just wanted a haircut. The day of the appointment, I walk in and Suada was doing highlights on another client, not even halfway through! Out of respect I sat and waited for her to approach me because I didn't want to interrupt (maybe she was running late, it's understandable). After waiting for 30 minutes, she hadn't even approached me, hadn't even asked me from where she was standing, or hadn't even had the audacity to apologize with a quick "sorry to keep you waiting". She never even made eye contact with me. The place is not that big, she would've clearly seen me walk in, or sitting at one point.
