It's usually the 1st & only place I go to get anything auto parts related. I did have a different experience w/ them within the past week. I purchased a new battery . . . Installed it . . . It was sluggish immediately after I installed it. The car sat in the garage 2 days. The 3rd day I went to start it . . . NOTHING, it was stone dead. Obviously, I returned to the store. They tested it & said it was ok. Well, I wanted NOTHING to do w/ that battery, knowing it was going to let me down again. I couldn't take the chance in this frigid part of the country. After some hesitation they finally did agree to refund me my money. So, all-in-all, I'm pleased w/ the final results & because of this, I WILL continue to go there for my auto related parts. I've purchased numerous good batteries there for my motorcycles that were just fine. I will say, however, the attitudes of the employees could've been...

Jimmy is the man. 5 hours from home on my roadtrip I threw a belt on my K-series motor swapped MR2. Got towed here to replace it myself, figuring I would have to wait for the belt since the belt I needed was not in stock. Jimmy was SUPER helpful, and was actually even familiar with my motor swap. He helped me source an alternative belt, and we found my tensioner pulley was seized so he helped me get that all replaced. Needless to say this is above and beyond typical customer service. I've been in the service industry for almost 20 years, and people like Jimmy are a rare gem. They don't simply stop at the minimum. He could easily have just ordered my belt and been done with it, but he did his best to get me back on the road the same day. It is VERY much appreciated and if I happened to be local it would have me coming back....

Don't waste your money on their"lifetime" warranty items. They will do absolutely everything in their power to fight a warranty on a 40 dollar part. Moog lifetime, is not lifetime. And dorman parts that carry a lifetime warranty will not be honored 3 years after purchase???? Tf is a lifetime???? Go to napa and save yourself a headache. The guys at napa have always honored their warranties and have absolutely always gotten me the correct part every time. Oreillys literally is hit or miss. Will absolutely not be doing any further business with this joke of an organization.... seriously buy online and save the cash if you have the time. If you don't, spend the extra dollar and go to napa. They will be extremely more knowledgeable and will assure you get the proper part instead...
