Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Jamestown

Overall immaculately handled multiple difficult situations in quick succession which is why I’ve decided to review. We rode in, right after state speech. Lots of kids, I don’t think our coaches gave any notice, it was a massive line out the door.

I understand that can be difficult, but the staff handled it perfectly well. The line moved quickly and everyone had ample space to sit. Food took a minute but everyone understood and got theirs soon enough.

Beyond that much, I have dietary restrictions. I felt bad to bring them up when things were so busy, but I did. Staff immediately dispelled any of that guilt. I asked to do a custom pizza and they allowed it. Not only that, at the mention of the custom pizza, staff asked about allergies. I wasn’t going to bring it up, but they did for me. They told the kitchen without me having to ask.

The staff member who was on my receipt and provided the customer service at the entrance was Sahnea F. But everyone working on 4/12/25 at around 4pm should be commended!

We have NEVER had a bad experience at the Jamestown Pizza Ranch...... until today. There were multiple customers who witnessed this..... The stack of plates at the salad bar was way too tall and was leaning. I took my plate very carefully and was halfway down the salad bar when 6-8 plates slid off onto the floor, two of them broke and the rest were face down on the floor. My wife and I picked up the plates and stacked them on the floor out of the way. Two employees came out, swept up the broken plates and put the unbroken ones off the floor and right next to the clean plates. When I realized that, I took the stack from the clean plates and set on the front counter. An employee immediately grabbed them off the front counter and stacked them back with the clean plates. My family has always had great experiences at pizza ranch. We are a big group when we go out to eat so buffets work well for us! The food is great! Lots to choose from! 2 things stand out for me: 1. One time while my family was eating at pizza ranch, my dad (who is a retired substitute teacher) was approached and greeted by several of the young workers bussing the tables. All of them greeted him, asked him how he was doing and told him they hoped he enjoyed his food. 2. I have personally got to know Brian, the owner and his wife Cally over the past year. Brian has owned pizza ranch for many years and is an incredibly hard worker! Many people may not know that he is in the kitchen of pizza ranch working hands on with his crew nearly every single day to keep up the morale! That is awesome! Keep up the great work!
