0 stars is more accurate! This store has some major customer service problems. We stopped there last year and remembered having such horrible service and it was no different this time. We stopped 8/13/14 at about 7 p.m. and the staff was incredibly rude and you could tell they all hated being there. There were only about 5 customers eating and the staff were cursing and yelling at each other as if there were no customers there. We stopped again 8/18/14 at about 1 p.m. and it was the worse service I have ever seen at a restaurant. It was quite busy because it was around the lunch hour. But the staff was again rude and short with all of the customers. The first employee in line would mangle the buns and throw them across the sub line to the other end in the garbage, he yelled at many of the customers for being slow and not being able to hear some little kids that were placing orders. The next employee in line was not friendly at all and was very rude when you ordered something that was different and she had to get something special. The last employee that was running the register was again very rude and looked like she was on drugs or drunk, complaining about everything right in front of the customers. She was very rude when a customer ordered water and the water fountain was broken, so she had to go to the back to get them water. She was also wrapping sandwiches at the end of the line and throwing them on a pile so you could not tell who's was who's. I ended up getting the order in front of mine and by the time I realized it the woman who got my sandwich was gone. I then went to the counter to tell them I got the wrong sandwich and everyone one of the employees blamed me for not watching. Getting them to make me a new sandwich was like pulling teeth. I'm glad I was standing right there watching them make it, because I know they would have spit in it or something. A few minutes later, the woman who had my sandwich returned and they did the same thing to her, telling her it was her fault she got the wrong one. She did not have time to get a new one made, so she left without a sandwich and they did not give her a refund. By far the worst Subway I have ever been to, and more than one time. We stopped here only because of the convenience of being right off of the interstate, but you can believe I will continue driving another 100 miles before I will ever stop there again. If I was the manager I would fire every single one of the employees at this location. But I'm guessing one of them was the manager and that's why they were all getting away with acting in this manner. The store was a complete mess also, every table was dirty and when another customer asked for a rag to wipe the table, they yelled at her and said they didn't have time to get her one. Read moreThis has to be the worst subway in the US. Typically I love subway not for the employees but being able to get a decent sandwich. I have eaten at this subway 13 times over the course of 2022 and left irritated every single time. Whether they don’t toast my sandwich in the drive through, touch their phone then touch my sandwich and other ingredients it’s always something. The 13 times I have eaten there doesn’t also include the amount of time I have went in there while store hours claim they are open and I am greeted at the door with a very disrespectful “we are closed can’t you read the sign” or stairs through the window while the doors are locked. I have never felt the need to write a review and am a very tolerant person this subway is garbage and I highly suggest you eat at the other one just short of a miles away. My fiancé walked up and was greeted at the door with a rude comment from a staff member "We are out of bread, can't you tell". How is he suppose to know subway is out of bread other than walking in and informed nicely. I sat in the drive through line when one of the staff saw and watched me go sit in line while smoking outside and looked me in the eyes. I sat in that line fo 30 minutes.
