Let me tell you about my experience. Jenny, who I think is the manager, is by far the best representive Verizon has to offer. Not only is she professional, she knows how to talk to people by making them feel understood and like a valued customer. I have had horrible experiences before when it comes to non corporate locations and when I asked her of she was a corporate location, she made me feel at ease when she stated their similarities but also that they are locally owned and create a more personalized experience. She made sure that I had the freedom to voice my concerns and then she addressed them one by one and made me feel so comfortable even though I had to have her explain things more than once. She is knowledgeable, understanding, and the most helpful Verizon person that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I came in with the expectation that I was most likely going to have to go through the ringer to get a new phone or deal with the 24-hour wait time. However, that was not the case. Read moreI had a black screen on my iPad and Cassie was unable to reboot it, so I ended up buying a new one. She was very helpful as she walked me through the set up/syncing of it. Even though she was the only rep working on Sunday she was extremely patient with me and the growing number of other customers. She was fantastic at multitasking as she would help others while waiting for my iPad to finish set up. I also have to say how informed and efficient she is!
