Very disappointed in the service and quality. I had an eye exam there and while the "Doctor" seemed competent the lenses in the machine where smudged and needed to be cleaned. Ordered my glasses and latter that day went to pick them up. I did not even make it out to my car. There were deep circular scratches in the left lens. They agreed and made a new left lens. This time no scratches but something wasn't right, It took about a day before I realized the left lens was made crooked. I wear no line bifocals and the transition to reading lens was higher toward my nose thus I could not focus. Took them back again and explained the issue clearly to the girl behind the counter. She decided, on her own to have both lenses re-made and "put some prism in them to make my eyes work together". So she didn't listen to me at all and knew better than the me what I was experiencing EVEN THOUGH I TOOK A GREASE PENCIL AND DREW A LINE ON THE LENS SHOWING THE PROBLEM WITH THE BIFOCAL. So I took my remade glasses, with the "prism" in the lenses and tried to wear them. It didn't take long before I had headaches and nausea. So next I went back, for the FORTH time and got one of the better trained monkeys that work at this place and had them remade once again. Finally I have a pair of glasses that work. How ever they only write the prescription for one year unlike most other places, with real Doctors. The time I wasted going back and forth, not being able to work because of not being able to read a computer screen, for the small saving you get over a professional Doctors office, it's just not worth it...

Had an apt booked for eye exam for myself and my husband at 12 pm and 12:30 pm(back in feb). We were not seen until half hour after each apt. Then we had to wait for the paperwork so we could try to pick out glasses. However we had our children with us and they were getting roully since they had to wait so long for our late appointments. When I initially booked these appointments for just eye exams, I had asked if I could book a contact appointment at a later date without having to have the eye exam done again? They said yes should not be a problem. Well I called and asked to book that contact appointment 2 days ago and again no one said there was a problem. Go to the scheduled apt at 11:30 am and found out the person had scheduled me for pm when they are closed. So they we're nice and got me in at 12:00 pm. Was not seen or asked to step back until 12:20 pm. Mind you I had to wake my child up from a nap to get to this apt someone scheduled wrong in the first place. But then to get me in later then promised was getting rediculs! My child (7mo)of course didn't want to sit still any more. Well then the person comes in and tells me the Dr would have to check my eyes again as my last appointment was over 30 days ago. 30 DAYS ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? This was the whole problem I was trying to avoid from the beginning. But not once did anyone ever tell me I had 30 days to schedule another appointment. Or else I would have done so sooner. Very dissatisfied with this establishment and their lack of communication! We will not be back to this...

So I found three amazing pairs of glasses frames which I'm in love with, very stunning pairs indeed for an amazing offer of two glasses with 50% discount on my second pair. One even from the men's section too. But the lens power they prescribed was overshot and too high for my eyes. In one year, how can my power change by a whole point or two? I could see. But five minutes after I left the shop and was wearing the frames I loved, I got eye irritation, strain and an aching pain behind my eye. It could even alter my lens prescription! I had to take it off. I would return to get new lens or my money back for the lens. But I'm leaving the country for a trip abroad and I even specified this to the team working at Eyemart. I'm just disappointed that the doctor miscalculated a huge change in my eye prescription. :( Will have to get my eye test and new lens done abroad now. (I know a good person who does that so I'm not too worried) just sad I wasted my time and money on the incorrect lens and incorrect eye test due to which I can't wear my amazing frames sooner. :( Otherwise very happy and satisfied by the staff, the selection of glasses and the thinness of my glasses lens as well as quality and quickness of my service and...
