Lane Bryant — Local services in Jasmine Estates

Maddy is absolutely a rockstar! She is beyond excellent in customer service. She assisted me with fitting, shopping and even mailed a thank you and welcome to Lane Bryant hand written card.

At first I thought that is was just the Lane Bryant way, until I returned this past weekend, as I wanted to spend a eGift that I received for my birthday before it expired. However, the care (lack of) that I received as the only person in the store with two associates present. Neither of which acknowledged me until I spoke to them. At which time they gave the worst hello, no eye contact and continued their conversation about their nail techs and how horrible of an experience they had. It is actually pretty ironic to think of the fact that they discussed receiving less than stellar customer service as they failed to serve me well.

But my experience with Maddy from a month ago, still lets me in good conscience give this store 5 stars. The manager/supervisor who was present during this visit (with Maddy) was also absolutely amazing.

When your initial visit is so awesome that it overshadows a truly horrible one, then you've done well. Maddy thank you for your excellence in character and service. If you go into this store ask for Maddy and you'll understand immediately what I mean. Though the prices are somewhat high the sales are tremendous. My visit today provided me with 40% off plus an extra 11% off any item that was available in the store. The customer service was prompt and very courteous. The store was very clean and the options and variety of clothing were greatly diverse. There were anything from very dressy clothing to just hanging out clothing. The selection of undergarments and lingerie we're also more abundant than I've seen in any department store and they had sizes for those who are somewhat overweight to very obese. This helps with almost almost any occasion type dressing. It was fun to be in the store to just look at the available clothing and even pick up a few pieces of jewelry that were also on sale.

Unfortunately Lane Bryant like Catherines, both stores having served the larger gals in life most of those stores are closed almost all of Catherine's in Florida are closed and industry notifications site that Lane Bryant's eventually will be a part of that group as well.

That is extremely disappointing news for those of us whose clothing attire needs to be a perfect fit. It was not hard to trek up to Port Richey as this location is very Central and easy to get into. I look forward to a return visit to take advantage of other sales to come and hope that Lane Bryant stays open for all of us women who would like to dress nice regardless...

My sister in law has trouble finding clothing in her style. I called the New Port Richey store to look for a particular jacket I found on the website. I also heard the ad about the style program. I spoke to Brittany and she explained the style program which sounded like exactly what we are looking for. She was helpful with scheduling the appointment. When we went to the appointment Alissa helped us with one on one service for over and hour. She was so kind and helpful. They already had a rack of 5 outfits already pulled and ready to try on. This was the first store that has clothes that fit my sister in law perfectly. She is short, slightly heavier set and dress more in the masculine style. She is looking for workwear for interviews and a new job. Like always we didn't think we would find anything but we found 3 jackets 5 shirts and 4 pants! The quality of clothing felt expensive but the prices were great. We had amazing service, great quality clothes and good prices!
