I have been coming to this location since I moved here, unfortunately; today I was treated in a manner so deplorable, I am at a loss for words. There was only 1 staff member I recognized, however; ASHLEY claimed to have seen me on various occasions stealing. When she realized I didn't actually steal anything, I was told I got "lucky". First and quite frankly more importantly, if I actually habitually stole, wouldn't an issue have come to fruition prior to this evening? Why would you continue to allow someone in your store if that were true? Two, upon requesting she look up my burlington account for proof that I always make purchases, she refused, proving that at this point she knew she was wrong, but would not admit it. Three, saying "I got lucky" indicates I have merchandise somewhere on my person, that was not retrieved. I emptied my purse onto the floor, my clothing was skin tight, I also never have nor did i use their restroom or fitting room. I didn't "get lucky", I don't steal. On top of all of this, there was a blonde woman in there that said she knew my face and that I steal, yet I had never seen this woman in my entire life. The normal staff was not there, and this one very clearly has issues with individuals that have disabilities they cannot understand. Point is, if you are disabled physically or mentally, I don't suggest shopping here. Accessibility is an issue for wheel chairs. Also, they will harrass you for something that you didn't do because they do not want disabled customers in their stores. Although ive been a customer for quite some time now. ASHLEY, made a point in saying I was not considered to be a customer at all. Due to the ability of security cameras, they know that what they are harrassing you about has absolutely no footing, however; they want a trespass warrant to ensure that a disabled person, such as myself, cannot re-enter the store. I did not steal anything, threaten anyone, or become uncooperative, but, I am still trespass from the store, I wonder how many other disabled people this store has...
Read moreNOT the Burlington store of yesteryears with best quality winterwear: dresses, pants, overcoats, raincoats, down vests, sweaters, dusters, scarfs, shawls, boots, etc. Yes, Florida has its winter weather. Besides, people travel to cold climates from Florida. Could not get beyond the first two rows of merchandize. The store was jam-packed with racks of merchandize with very narrow isles in-between. Which could not handle the traffic of two people going in opposite directions (or even the same direction). Invariably, someone had to back up to let the most aggressive shopper go by. There was no overhead large signage to assist the customers as to which part of the store to head for specific items. As in, Men to the Left and Women to the Right (Women are always Right), with appropriate sub-sections: juniors, petite, small, large, x-large, women, petite women, etc. The racks were mostly disorganized, no clear way to tell sizes at all. And, there were men's clothes right next to women's clothes without any distinction made. A veritable maze that could swallow you up and spit you out with your head spinning without getting anywhere fast, like it did me. I found three separate items (in different sections), that could possibly go together as one outfit. I used visualization (didn't dare try them on), and called it quits. Got in a slow line, paid and left without looking back. My special bone to pick is the poor quality of the materials and the sizing of other countries that do not reflect the USA sizing. Lastly, the colors. What happened to the spectrum of colors? Everything was black or dark grey. Of course, there was red. But only with Christmas/Holidays in mind. Very much like disposable...
