60's Spirit — Local services in Jefferson City

Worst customer service experience I have had since I have lived in Jefferson City, out of any store I’ve been to. They sold a defective and broken product to me, that was never in functional operation. When I brought the vape device that was sold to me broken back to the store, I was met with anger and confrontation from the Employee named TYLER RENN, whom acted as if I was being unruly and/or unreasonable for merely asking for a replacement for the broken product that they sold. The employee named Tyler then turned to my girlfriend and told her “maybe next time when you come back without someone YAPPING…then I can help you. Even though he had already blatantly refused to help. The store is known for selling broken and defective products. Which is why they refuse to offer any customer service. This place is a joke. O/10. Only come here to waste your money on cheap products that don’t work and to be treated like garbage by the employees. My girlfriend and I will never shop there again and she had already been shopping there...

I canNOT say enough great things about 60's Spirit! I've been a customer since they opened so this review is LONG overdue, the employees are always kind and helpful and willing to answer any questions, and if they don't have the answer they are honest about it but go out of their way to get you an answer.
