Absolutely the worst customer service. I went in today to buy 12 T posts, register printout read 11:10am, I asked the cashier were I pick these up and if she was calling someone, she told me where to pick up and said she was calling someone. At 11:16am, I called and spoke with her to make sure someone was coming, she stated yes and she would call someone to make sure. I waited until 11:43am, before going back inside for a refund because no one showed up. On the way back in I stopped a guy on a forklift and asked him where these are picked up, he advised me of the same place the cashier did, he did offer to help and told me he was never called. When I returned to the register the cashier informed me that she did call someone. Like other people my time is very valuable. Unfortunately I will not be going back to any Buchheits or Tractor supply stores in the future. I will refer all of my future clients to shop...

We went into the store initially to get chicken supplies, and I had my three small children with me. Going to any store can be stressful with children, but all of the staff was so wonderful! We ended up getting some baby chicks and Mary was so helpful and patient with my kids. She allowed them to come and look while she was putting new chicks away and was telling them about all the different types and what they were good for. It was so memorable and fun for my kids and such a great experience for all of us as a family. And very budget friendly too! We will for sure be going back...

The JC store is set up really nicely. I think they must be very understaffed. The only employee I saw was the cashier and 1 other guy that helped my husband carry out a large bag of corn. I wanted to try on some clothes, but the dressing room doors were pad locked and I couldn't find an associate anywhere. So I hung the clothes back up and left, after my husband...
