Vapor Maven — Local services in Jefferson City

There are plenty of other vape store in Jeff City to go to other than this one. I would not recommend this store!! Me and my husband went in last Saturday around 8:30pm to get some juice and coils. They close at 9pm.. we were maybe to be in there for 5 maybe 10 minutes.. when we walked in there were 6-7 people at the counter eating pizza and glaring at us as if we just ruined their party. We walked in expecting to spend $60-$100 on product if not more but we couldn’t even look at the juices on the wall as the guys and 2 girls sat in our way enjoying their Little Caesar’s Pizza. They were not paying customers.. they were not employees.. it seemed as if this was their hang out spot.. I have been in this store on more than one occasion and there always seems to be people just hanging around not actually paying customers. And the guy behind the counter didn’t even have the customer service skills to tell them to move as we looked to buy stuff.. I get you want to hang out with your friends and all but when customers walk through the door trying to buy stuff and having your entire counter full of none paying customers glaring and making your actual paying customers feel uncomfortable then you might want to tell your buddies to come back later. Completely unprofessional, dirty store, and horrible service if this allowed. I can only imagine how many customers have not returned because of these instances. I have tried to call the owner but he lives in Arkansas and the manager wasn’t even there.. what a pitiful excuse for a business...

Due to the terrible experience and non-existant customer service i will not be returning. Stopped in on a lunch break 1 day prior to payday as my vape didnt make it, short on cash i opted for a cheaper vape reccomended by the associate. After paying the associate notified me that i would not be able to return it because it was discounted. This would have been nice to know before paying and was a sure indication the associate was well aware the products was defective however i was not. So while still in the store i opened and tested my product which did not work at all. I showed the associate who did not seem surprised but still stuck to the late "no refunds" policy. After calling customer service i was told id be getting a call by the end of the day.... still havnt...

After three trips to the Jefferson City store I still do not have the opportunity to spend any money because they are always out of what I need. Today there was a new person in the store who is totally clueless. He was no help and suggested that I have all of this to pick from so just point out what I want so i could pay for it. All the while he was holding in his hand the tank that I wanted that he took from me and had no idea what or where it was located. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I do not blame this sales person at all. The upper level management and the hiring personnel expect me to educate their new hires.
