Steele’s Fine Custom Meats — Local services in Jefferson City

Steele's is a small little butcher shop with a charm. They have a fantasticly clean lobby with a few freezers, a small meat display case, and a small deli case. I picked up some jalapeño and cheddar sausage to give it a try and they did not disappoint! I imagine the sausage I bought would make an excellent smoked sausage! I would give it a go myself if I didn't live in an apartment complex.

I worked in a butcher shop in my home town for almost 6 years before I moved out to Jefferson City. I was disappointed to learn that Jeff City did not have a butcher shop.
