NEVER has my family EVER had any order NOT fresh & perfect; or NOT made & packed correctly from Culver's!! Our food is ALWAYS fresh. 🔥If it's supposed to be HOT, it's HOT. ⛄If it's supposed to be COLD it's COLD. Service is ALWAYS kind, calm, & polite; & always served with REAL smiles!!

IF we ask for condiments or additional condiments, or present any special requests at ANYTIME during our visit (we always use the drive thru), they without a hiccup, ALWAYS respond with a kind & solid smille. Without any hesitation they offer an 'absolutely!!' & 'of course!!' (usually always followed with a 'will that be enough??' . . . & yes!! . . . capped off with yet another kind smile).

Each of us in our family LOVES their 5-⭐ food!! Always quality!! Always delish!! Never a complaint!!

Keep up the OUTSTANDING service Culver's!!! And THANK YOU for caring to deliver it in perfection & unique style!!

P.S. Any Culver's restaurant that our family has visited across the country delivers this 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service (that's a 10 ⭐ rating, with 5 ⭐'s being the highest possible rating 😉)!! I don't know how & what they do to keep it 1000, but whatever it is it WORKS!! And they ROCK!!

THE FOOD IS DELISH!!!! Always presented perfectly. Never smashed, messy, oozing with condiments, melted, soggy, cold, no leaking cups/lids/bags/containers etc.

WHO'S...

I wanted to use a $50 towards my bill and they have a machine now instead of using a pen to check its validity. The first girl, before running it through, told me it would say fail a couple times then should say pass, which is what happened then she did it again several more times—fail, fail pass, fail, fail, pass. Then she asked a manager and the manager ran it through and it failed and she pretty well told me it was fake and even started rubbing her finger to figure out if it really was fake! I asked her to use a pen because it’s not fake. She said “that’s why we have these machines”. I told her it did pass several times. Then she used a $20 they had. It failed twice then passed. Then she tried my $50 again and it kept failing but I wasn’t giving up. Then she turned the machine off and when it came back on it passed each time she tried, which I was a little aggravated, she did it at least five times like I was some kind of fraud. It was sooo rude! I felt embarrassed around all these people who heard her basically calling me a fraud, in front of my children too!

To make things worse during our visit, we asked to dine in. We were getting our beverages and the guy came around with our tray, we hadn’t gotten our seat yet so he went to go look for us a spot, he came back and said there wasn’t any, not even outside! So he got us to go bags and I had to sit there holding up the soda line while I bagged all our food up to go. Sooo embarrassing yet again!

I usually love Culver’s, but I guess it’s just this location because I’ve never had this kind of trouble at any Culver’s in the KC metro. I will not be going to the Jeff City...

I go here from time to time. I almost never have any issues with the food. My kids love it, I love it, my wife loves it. My friends love it. Usually the customer service is excellent unless you get someone who looks worn out, which isnt very often and in some other places, is usually the regular employee.

I often wait for coupons to come out because a buy one get one free medium custard is a really good deal. They will let you us at least two different coupons per order so that can add up when you have two kids and two adults. The rootbeer is good and I rarely have had an issue were the soda machine or tea was out of anything.

Thats a big deal when you go for that drink and three things are "out of order".

Restrooms seemed clean. Areas seemed clean. Food was tasty.

I dont usually finish a meal thinking "should I have gotten more fries?

It is probably as expensive as McDonalds but I feel it is somehow just a better experience and better food.

I will say that the outside could use a little bit of love. Fresh paint and some deep cleaning but that really doesnt have an affect on your food.

One thing to note, when it is busy getting in and out and parking is an ordeal. It is probably the one reason I dont go more often. I have been to other locations around the saint louis area. This one needs more parking and space to get around as the drive through can really...
