The guys at the desk are friendly and helpful. They are always nice and chatty. If there are any issues with mail orders, the supervisors work to help you out to the best that they can and figure out what happened where. My only complaint is that mail is shoved in the boxes even when it should not be bent. I've had things delivered that clearly say "do not bend", paperback books, and other larger than a normal letter size items stuffed into my box. There are larger lock boxes for larger items to be placed in and the owner gets a key to those boxes to retrieve their mail. As often as I go in here I ought to rate them. I was just checking hours to ship something in the morning but saw this option to do so. The guys are always super helpful and are great to work with. Not a lot of turnover from what I can see so you always have knowledgeable hard working people to help you. A lot of different shipping options available. Always able to track packages once they leave there. Their prices are often better than anywhere else. As with any place it just depends what you ship. They are glad to advise you what the cheapest way to ship is and what other options such as insurance you have. Definitely...

My problem is with the delivery, I live in a condo, our boxes are wider on the delivery end for the mail person than our side to retrieve our mail. When I receive a PKG that they have to cram in it's impossible for me to get it out without actually cutting the PKG and that sometimes still won't unstick it enough to get it out. I've talked to the supervisor 4 times within the last 3 months about this and nothing has been done.
