They've replaced the menu board and an actual person taking your order with a touch screen computer kiosk where you select items to order yourself. The workers will not serve you-- they're either trained to ignore you, or maybe they do it by choice. Made it difficult to get condiments, napkins, straws, etc. because they were all out when we went inside to eat. They also gave our order to someone else in the drive through, then gave it directly to us when the drive through customer brought it inside to tell them he'd received the wrong order. Kinda gross-- we don't know if the customer touched the food, took a bite out of anything, or what. There was also no option for ice water on the kiosk-- only bottled water. It was a whole process trying to explain that we needed cups for ice water. All told, we had to ask for drink cups, straws, napkins, sauces, and to remake items on our order-- and each time it took several minutes because there was no one at the counter except for a kiosk, and any nearby workers actively avoided making eye contact with us. When we ordered dessert, my husband paid with a $20 and they had to go to the back to get change for it because there wasn't enough to break a $20 up front. It was all kind of bizarre and very unfriendly. Quite obvious that Taco Bell (at least this location) doesn't want to serve customers that are dining inside...

This was the third day in a row I’ve stopped in for breakfast and they were lacking in an area. Always during breakfast when they first open. I’m working midnights and stop here usually to get my dinner before bed.
Day 1- They didn’t have hash browns ready it would be a 5 minute. That was fine, I waited and received my order then went about my morning.
Day 2- No sausage, I was a little annoyed and decide to choose something else.
Today, Day 3- I arrived at the drive thru at 7:00AM and sat there for 5 minutes. After saying hello a few times I decide to try and pull up to the window but no one was in sight in the store. I then tried to go inside but the doors were locked.
As I was returning to my truck my co-worker pulled up to the drive thru and promptly drove through. After getting back to our hotel I asked him what he was told and the staff had informed him the food was not ready.

We placed our order and then realized after 15mintues that they were only serving those in the drive thru. I asked how long before our food would be ready and if it was going to be awhile, we wanted our money back.
A smartmouth kid in the back made the comment that if they think they can do it better we were welcome to come back and help. Wrong answer!
It wasn't that they were slow, it's that they weren't prepping orders in order. They were only concentrating on those in the drive thru. I felt bad that we ended up with our food before others who had ordered before us got theirs.
Your customer service isn't the best and your employees comment need to be kept to himself when they werr NOT providing service to all customers.
We knew we might be in trouble when we saw the floor back in the prep area. The Health Department would have shut them down, if they would have seen it!
