I absolutely love shopping at any Aldi, this location specifically. They offer generally everything most grocery stores at do, but at a much lower price. The produce and meat selection is not the greatest. They also do not have a deli or bakery as other locations in the area do, as far as grocery stores go. you can expect to walk out paying a significantly lower amounts and getting a very high quality food.
Updated : same store, actually it went down some. Prices are not competitive to other store any more. Cheaper at Walmart. Employee at register this morning (9-22-22) was short and rude when I asked her if she had a 100.00 for cash back. She was rude with the elder lady in front of me for taking to long to take her 3 items off her belt as well.
UPDATE: 3/16/2023
This is becoming the worst aldi for customer satisfaction. Every employee is rude and you can tell they hate their job. The employees treat customers like total garbage and speak down to them. The only reason I come here is for convenience and now it is becoming for entertainment how rude I see the customers be treated by the employees. Seriously, make it a game and just watch the employees, if they get a line where they have to open up another line you will get nothing but attitude from the employee that had to stop what they were doing to come help out the employee who needed to open up that line. Listen to everyone at the cashier and how they speak to customers ask him a silly question and see how insulting their response will be. But I guess you don't go to Aldi for customer satisfaction that's why you go to Trader Joe's. Or other brands stores you go to ALDI for their low prices which aren't even...
Read moreI normally have a decent experience at this Aldi but this evening I was really ticked off by the rude cashier. I told her she could put my groceries in the box that I placed in the cart right beside her but she put my items straight in the cart but not in the box. So I repeated again what I said and still she placed the remaining items directly in the cart but not in my box. So I mumbled, "I guess you can't hear." Then she responds loudly "Oh I can hear. We're just not allowed to put it in the box coz it'll crush." ....what?? So would it have been too hard to explain that policy to me instead of rudely ignoring me? I told her my items wouldn't have crushed & she replied that it would, I insisted it wouldn't & she said it would. Anyway, I placed my few items in my box and they DIDN'T CRUSH. But whether it crushed or not was not the problem. This cashier needs more training in customer service to actually talk to people like we're...
Read moreUsually pretty good customer service here but today was an exception. Line was very long - 10+ customers lined up for one register. The one cashier present told half of us to go to an empty line and said into her radio "XXX, your line is open AGAIN!" We went to the empty register. An employee moseyed out of the break room but went to a different register, and customers who had been in line behind us were told to come.forward. Customer in front of me says "Excuse me. We were told to go here." Cashier said, "It's not my register!" Customer said something else. Then both cashiers yelled together, "He's coming!" Meanwhile guy finally comes to our register and is obviously in a huff. Plops down in chair. Kind of slams things around. Pushes groceries back on belt. I say, "You guys are ruining your customer service reputation here." He...
