I'm giving them 3 stars because of an incident that happened with my truck. Do not, I repeat, do not let someone use a relay testor on your vehicle. I went there to have them check my starter relay because my starter was acting funny. So the guy comes out, hooks up the tester and my fusebox starts smoking. After that, my truck wouldn't start and couldn't run a diagnostic scan on it. They did correct the problem. They sent my truck to a mechanic and took care of it for me. Turned out that they just finished off my starter. I was heated to say the least, but I have to say thank you to the staff for being so quick to find a resolve for me. I've had some good experiences in simply product availability in the store, but have also been party to them botching a nearly $500 parts purchase that caused us unappreciated headache and a day because the night cycles, and everytime it comes to speaking with an attendant, I get told ill-advised or inaccurate things, like just the other day "there's no such thing as a temporary oil plug," when I've got this installed.. being offered consultation on handling an oil change with no removable plug.
