I rented a refrigerator from buddy’s , and let me say this , before they came with the refrigerator the dropped it and banged it up, then they brought it. Messed up the panel . Couldn’t get no water or ice to work for days , the tech guy came out fixed the water but couldn’t do anything thing else , so after having a messed up refrigerator I had them come get it , they totally damaged our front door fame while taking the refrigerator out , they never did nothing about the damage, I’ve called numerous times, even called corporate still nothing. Every time I call and ask for Brian the manager supposedly he’s out or on a call .. this is unacceptable and unprofessional. POOR customer service !!!!! This store location has has a total of 3 staff changes since I’ve been dealing with them ( almost a year ) . Shawn was by far the BEST customer service representative !!! You can literally walk in to the store & make a commitment with them & by the time you’ve gotten back in your car they have forgotten . They don’t have enough work in there to be forgetting IMPORTANT information regarding a ACTIVE customer. It least put folks in there with experience. I was told over the phone that a bedroom suit was in a 8/10 condition , went into the store & checked it out & it was actually a 3/10 . Contacted the Jeffersonville Indiana store to inquire about renting a portable air conditioner until our central unit could be replaced later in the week. I was helped by Hope and Page, who to my understanding, were new managers in this store. The two were very friendly, and made the paperwork process simple and timely. The product that was suggested tom me has so far outperformed the expectations of myself and my wife. Excellent experience.
