Francescas was one of the the only places I could go to that always had a great selection in my size and clothes that I enjoyed wearing. Unfortunately after my experience today I will no longer be shopping there anymore. I had a return and was treated horribly for it. The woman I purchased from the day before was also the woman that did my return. She was rude and unprofessional. When doing my return she began saying “really you’re going to return it after all that yesterday”. I then told her it didn’t fit well and my boyfriend wasn’t a fan. I visited here on a whim while attempting to find an outfit for an event. I didn't have an idea of the look I was going for initially but decided to look at what they had. I came across two dresses and was indecisive about which would be more appropriate for the event. I decided to buy both dresses and I was pleased to find out they were both $13 each! I wore the longer of the dresses and got compliments all day! I also got a pair of lace earrings and some shades to complete my look. Love this store it’s my favorite!. I used to go to the one at the gardens mall in Palm Beach County. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be visiting the store. I’ll be doing more of an online shopping type of thing. There’s this new girl that works there thick accent, Hispanic I’m Hispanic as well but she sounded very rude and off.
