Kohl's — Local services in Jensen Beach

Worst store manager and cashier EVER!!! I went to this store to get a foundation for a wedding I am doing tomorrow. When I arrived they wanted to charge me full price even though I showed them online where it said I could pick it up today it was $18 then the manager proceeded to very rudely tell me that they do not honor online prices that I could go online and order it and even though my order was sitting right on the counter it would take them a couple of hours to get to it that is not customer service then when you try to call corporate they give you ank for the number the manager gives you the incorrect number and wants you to call about some corporate refund when you ask to speak to the store's general manager. I don't go to Kohl's for this reason because every single time I'm there the employees are rude the managers are rude the store pricing never adds up to anything online it's absolutely awful I will never go back and if I do not get my refund I will go on to every social media platform that I have and make sure that every single follower friend anyone that I have does not go there and they're about to put a Sephora in there and I will make sure that everybody knows and that Sephora knows what kind of people there we getting with with the employees that they're about to put their stores in because it's absolutely...

I have been shopping at Kohl’s for years typically I have a good experience but today my mom and I were treated the worst we have ever been treated the cashier had an issue and called a “manager” over to help and she was no help at all she just kept giving us a hard time then called someone in the telephone at the register asked my mom for her first and last name then said that our Kohl’s card had been closed due to inactivity but did not have her social security number or address or anything and announced it to the store the lady was rude and unhelpful so we went outside to call and see what was going on and Kohl’s corporate said the card was active and had no balance and plenty of credit on it that we should not have a problem using it when we went back in 5 min later the girl that told us that had “left” for the day and the store manager was of zero help at all she was just as rude she over heard the whole situation and never stepped in as a good store manager should to try to help and when I repeatedly asked for the DM contact info I was given a 1800 number and finally the store manager gave me his email but before she did wanted to remind me that everyone is human and makes mistrals and wanted me not to make a complaint but still refused to help hopefully the DM emails me back and we can...

I am rating this a one star for a few reasons that I had come a cross in one week with this store, in March 2018 and I spent at least $150.00 and NEVER got my Kohl's dollars. So yes, number 1. No Kolh bucks, They go around and increase prices from what they were 2 days and one of the staff DID confirm that they do in fact go around and raise prices before a new sale starts. It cost me about $10.00 more and that does not include shipping for an item that they had run out of and if I wanted the item that was on sale then I had to use the website. They have a mix of employees some will go out of there way to be helpful, and a lot will not be happy to be there. Absolutely insane how the check out lanes work. Took way to long on shipping and shipping did NOT coincide with the dates that I was given on tracking, it was off by 4 days, to get one item it was almost 3 weeks. I really want to give this more stars because the clothes are GREAT!! Although some brands can be very pricey. As far as cost on the pieces that you are buying, I highly recommend that if you like the price buy it NOW because chances are more likely to go up and NOT down.
