Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I had visited this outlet at Jensen Beach, Had dined in to have two special Taco party packs along with my sister, I wanted a customization which was that " I wanted chicken stuffing in place of the beef stuffing in the taco " which was clearly told while placing the order to the employee who had agreed for this customization. I was told I would be charged an extra fee for the customization which was fair enough. After quiet some wait the order was ready. I took a bite into the Taco, I was pretty confused about it's taste I ate 3 tacos and while I took a bite into the 4th Taco I had realized it was beef (the pack consists of 12tacos) so I had approached the same person who took my order to reconfirm if it was the chicken tacos as asked and agreed upon! And there "she says oops it's the beef tacos" I told her I had specified the customization to her and asked her to change the tacos for chicken tacos, yes I had eaten 4 and my sister ate one Taco, totally 5 tacos were eaten and this pack consists of 12 each pack which makes it 24tacos. So to make it fair enough I told the employee why don't you replace the tacos for the ones that have not been touched which were 19 in number. The person said they would have to speak to the branch manager! I awaited to get some positive response but the manager walks up to me and says "we will not give you any chicken tacos as the tacos that we had given to you have been touched by you, (the tacos were literally unopened from its wrap) he said to me you can pay for another pack and have the chicken tacos! He was being really rude and he told me "you are trying to rob us by doing this! ". I thought my request was fair enough because it was a glitch from the employee, and was not my fault.

I payed a lot of money for those two packs which were 47$ !! And I was under such a big loss. All that they did was they told me to pay for a new pary pack of tacos where they would give me the same Beef tacos along with a chicken side where I would have to remove the filling myself and put the chicken filling in the Taco!

I am really shocked and offended with the way the manager reacted to the situation, a very cold approach! didn't resort in giving a solution to the matter. Yet "telling me that I'm trying to rob them"

I lost all the money that I spent! I had to leave because there was no effort put in by the team of the "Jensen beach Taco bell " to take care of the issue that they created. This is a really horrible experience.

All that the employee says is "I'm so sorry it was my mistake, I can't do anything... You would have to buy a new pack ". Which was force upon her because of her manager. This clearly indicates that they would not make up for the glitch from their end, and all that they want is more money!

I have nothing against the employee who took my order because she tried her best to convince the manager about her mistake, where as I'm very taken back by the approach of the manager who did nothing but accuse me of trying to rob them while I had payed for my meal and I was willing to give back all the untouched tacos for a replacement for the same, which was denied from the managers end end who was on duty that evening. "all that was told is if I gave it back to them, they would throw it away! ".

My wife and I just stopped through drive through for my all time favorite cheesy bean rice burritos and they were so good that I had to hop on and write a review immediately. This is rare. The workers in there absolutely nailed the burritos. Evenly spread ingredients and the burritos were hot but not too hot. And the reason all this means something is because about 60% of the time that I stop in for these burritos at any location, they are not made very well. All the sauce in the bottom, rice or beans is old, or the burrito isn’t hot. Not a single issue this time. They were PERFECT. My pregnant wife seconds this. I love these burritos a little too much as you can tell. I’ve been eating them for about 6 years now ever since I first started eating them on base when I was in the Marine Corps and I’ll never get tired of them. Keep up the great work, you guys! I went into this Taco Bell in Jensen Beach last night. There was no one in the restaurant when I walked in. The were 2 employees, apparently on their dinner break at one of the tables. No one acknowledged my present for several minutes. Finally a young man near the drive through window advised me someone would be right with me. Several more minutes passed and the two employees who were eating their dinner came behind the counter. The young lady went straight to the back and the other young man went behind the cash register, I asked him if he was ready for me and he stated no, I'm just checking my register, then he left and went to the back without saying another word.
