I walked up to this counter thinking that it was a place called banter and what had happened was piercing. Pagoda was taken over by banter so I've been thinking for 2 years that piercing Pagoda was gone and I was unable to obtain my facial piercings well, I had the most wonderful experience. Yesterday I met a woman named Susan and she went through an entire box just to find me a princess cut little diamond for my face. That was perfect and of course it's not a real diamond because she wanted to save me money and she convinced me that it looked just like a real one and it does. It was hard to get in and the post was just a little bit too small but it sits flush on my face and and looks really pretty and she's right spending $85 on one ring would have been stupid. She gets sold me a four pack $25 and they're stainless steel so I won't turn green and no one's going to know it's fake unless I tell them. I just wanted to make this not about me or my experience, but about the woman named Susan who ran the counter that day with another woman, she was so kind and thorough and helpful. She even stopped several times to help the other woman and a man get his earring in and still had all this energy to come and help me make me feel good. Get me into a new piece of jewelry and get me on the road. I think Susan and her coworker deserve a raise. Thank you so much Susan. Not only did I get the piece of jewelry that I've been after for 2 years, but I think I made a friend. I can't wait to see her again. She gave me some great advice on trying to get glasses. She was more than helpful with with not just my facial jewelry but even my glasses. What a kind and dedicated person. I just felt so good after just talking to her. She had such a great energy about her and I just had to come on here and rant and rave about how wonderful my service was at banter at the mall. She was incredible and I hope she has a wonderful day and is absolutely blessed. Treasure Coast Mall!!! #looksreal #goodservice...
Read moreDo NOT go to the one in front of old navy. We originally went to the one near pandora, but she did not have the piercing jewelry in stock. She pointed us in the direction of the one in front of old navy and said she may have it in stock and could pierce us. We walked over to the one in front of old navy and stood at the counter while the girl was sitting on her phone and would not get up to help us. She then told us she was done piercing for the day. We went to the other one near pandora again and asked if she could use the other girls stock and pierce us. The girl looked confused and asked why she couldn’t pierce us. We told her that the other girl had told us she was done piercing for the day, and she told us she is not supposed to be done. Moral of the story do not go to the one near old navy, because apparently they choose when they feel...
Read moreHorrible experience I was pregnant waiting forever to get help from someone it took almost 30 minutes for someone to finally assist me!! Then when she did I bought what I needed, got all the way home only to realized they gave me the wrong thing!! I was so irritated so I went all the way back (I live in Ft Pierce) only to wait in line AGAIN for 20 minutes, this time I had to use the restroom so bad!! But they didn’t care. I have spent a lot of money on piercing pagoda over the years, I’m officially done after the awful experience I had here.
Edit: totally forgot to mention some lady had her child leave snot and drool all over the counter while I was waiting, then when I was up next I got it all over me. So disgusting, now I know why my daughters ears got infected when she got them pierced here. They don’t follow any...
