[As a reviewer: After covid and the pandemic and several years of minimal movement/exercise, I'm very much a beginner again in many ways with my physical fitness journey, but I also come from an athletic background so I'm a tough critic when it comes to gyms/trainers.]
So I just finished my first of the eight session package, after completing my initial three session trial, and after four sessions total so far I can say with extreme confidence that whether you're a top notch athlete, an avid regular exerciser, or a complete beginner, Four Fitness is for you.
The trainers are kind, understanding, passionate about what they do and eager to help you succeed while maintaining prioritization on safety and proper form/set building for your individual fitness level over superficial aesthetics, etc--[super important imo].
I'm grateful to have Danielle as a trainer at this crucial point in my fitness journey; she makes me feel genuinely cared for and safe in this process of regaining my balance, muscle tone, stamina and overall strength while also pushing me to my absolute max every session with full body workouts that leave me just the right amount of sore until my next session (ha).

Read moreI joined this gym a year ago and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I made in years. I started working out after years of inactivity , after my baby # 2 and my 2nd C-section with a 9 to 5 pm office job.
I remember my first session with Abel , 6 months after the baby was born .I remember telling him that my goals were to strengthen my core , lose all the baby weight ( I suffered from Hypothyroidism during pregnancy ) get my body back and get stronger and healthier .
I got to say I reached all my goals and expectations ! I lost 43 pounds and I feel great!
Currently , I am training with Danielle . I have been training with her for the last 2 months . She is a really good personal trainer , she keeps me motivated and she challenges me every time , in every session. She is specialized in women fitness and she will take the time to understand your fitness goals and make every session different , fun and challenging .
You won't regret joining this gym ! The gym is clean , the equipment is great :everything you need for a functional training , The staff is amazing, all of them , the receptionists , the trainers , the managers, The Owner ( Marcisco Morrison he is a sweetheart! ) .

Read morePaid for 12 training sessions, only took 6, haven’t been to the gym in 2 months bc of a health issue. Thinking I can get back in the grove, I stop by to see the trainer to book a session, in which I had 6 sessions left and was told bc I have not been to the gym in a while, I lost my sessions. I was told by a manager named Melissa that this wouldn’t be an issue bc I wasn’t purchasing a monthly membership, but purchasing training sessions in which I can book at my convenience. They are very aggressive, expensive and money hungry. Stay away.
Edit : in response to your reply, idk if you’re trying to discredit what I’m saying, and you may not have a Melissa working there now, but there was a Melissa who identified as a manager and helped me sign up, Alejandro was my trainer.
