Absolutely would not recommend living here. No garbage disposal – Nobody told me when I toured the place that the kitchen doesn’t have a disposal. You can’t rinse food scraps down the drain, which is a huge inconvenience. No weekend maintenance – If something breaks on a Friday night, good luck. Maintenance only works Monday to Friday, so you’re stuck dealing with it until they decide to show up. No real doorman – They advertised having a doorman during weekdays morning to afternoon, but in reality, there’s never anyone at the front desk. The lobby seating area is always empty. Feels like a straight-up lie. Mail forwarding nightmare – Because this building is so new, setting up mail forwarding is a mess. You can’t change your address for USPS Informed Delivery online, so some of my mail is still getting sent to my old apartment, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Mailroom chaos – Packages are just dumped on the floor. It’s a scavenger hunt every time you pick up a delivery. Hot water is a joke – The water heater is ridiculously small. One person can barely take a hot shower before it turns ice cold. Then you have to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up again. Terrible water quality – The pipes are dirty, and the water has weird particles in it—like foam and dust. Plus, the water is super hard. Tiny washer and dryer – The washer is so small that if you have a thick winter coat, you can only wash that one item at a time. And somehow, it still doesn’t clean properly—sometimes soap bubbles are left behind. Overpriced utilities – They charge $50/month for water, yet everything in the apartment is designed to use as little water as possible (tiny water heater, tiny washer, tiny dishwasher). Meanwhile, I waste my time waiting for hot water or doing extra laundry loads. Fire alarms – If you work from home, prepare to lose your mind. The alarms go off many times a month, and there’s nothing you can do about...
Read moreIncident :August 16, 2024 time: 10:51am An astonishing building from the outside & unfortunately the ambiance ends there as I was greeted by a tall white male with a gold tee mustache who was also wearing a cap ; not sure if he his doorman / maintenance worker of the building. My purpose of being at the building was to deliver a Uber order for a customer. Doorman/ maintenance worker ask me to call upstairs on the monitor so I can be let up even though the doors automatically open voluntarily to get inside the lobby & access the elevators. I manage to reach the customer on the monitor & telephone to confirm if it was ok to proceed inside as those were his directions . Which case I begin to walk inside lobby only to be stopped & question again by the doorman/ maintenance worker if I had gotten permission to be let up in which case I responded if he would like to speak to the customer to confirm; he accuses me of having a attitude & aggressively beings to yell at me to exit out of the lobby while trying to intimidate by invading my personal space aging all in a aggressive tone & manner. Left item on the desk & still had the decency to tell him for what tenant it was for. This has also has been reported to Uber. This message is for the goal in improving relations & quality between delivery drivers &...

Pros:
High ceilings apartments on the 16th floor Lots of closet space No amenities fee
Cons:
Small appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave) on 1-bedrooms $50 flat fee monthly for water Outrageous $350 parking spot and NONE EV charger Common areas such as coworking space and rooftop feels bare and uninviting Only offering a one month free while other buildings in the area are offering two Gym is very small and machines are cramped onto each other Small washer/dryer 15min to Path
Overall they’re charging too much monthly and not offering much which the competition in the area are, such as comfortable and well furnished commons spaces, closer to Path, cheaper parking spots, amazing gym, pool and etc… it...
