Watch out for the landlady for unit 403. Be sure to note this unit does not have a double vanity; when the unit was listed (and last appeared listed on several sites) it was shown as having a double vanity. This is just a bait and switch.
There were no blinds in the unit when we moved in. They were finally installed 4 months later after we split the cost with the landlady. Before we moved out, we asked for reimbursement for our costs and the landlady agreed. She then refused to pay us after we had moved out. She (absurdly) claimed we had taken a kitchen table and demanded its return. We were forced to sue her in Small Claims Court for something she had explicitly promised to do. Highly recommend that you document all communication as you may need it to prove a point.
Some more detail about the building in general: it might seem nice at first but looks can be deceiving. The walls are thin, the countertops are thin, the wood floors are coming up in places. The elevator (and electronic door system) goes down about once a month. There’s not enough parking. The garbage room is frequently overflowing and there are flies everywhere.
