My Restaurant is in Brooklyn NY and I live in New Jersey. I have been coming here for almost three years with my wife and my kids. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here, I never wrote a review when I found mold on bread or any other issue I have had but today the disrespect I shown over maybe 3 or 4 bottles of heavy cream that cost $5 85 had to be addressed. I am a restaurant owner I deal with fraud issues as well and many times your profile a person and it determines how you deal with their issue. So when I explained that I was charged for a whole box of heavy cream when I only had 8 in the box and they proceeded to go check the camera I was incredibly insulted. Absolutely you are within your right to protect your business but at the same time you should consider the impact of your actions. Today you clearly told me i fit the profile of someone who who cheat you out of $18 and more importantly the thousands of dollars I spend here every week Absolutely does not matter to you. I would love to see what you saw on the camera, did you run the tape from the cold room to see if anyone opened the box and took 4 boxes? and I would love to see your inventory report when you see the extra money for four cartons that you charged me for. This was disgraceful and completely shameful. I will continue to shop at Hamilton and Maspeth and encourage everyone I know to avoid your business because you guys have some real issues pertaining to perception and courtesy to people that probably...

Jetro better know as restaurant depot Brooklyn um says it all cramp spaces double parking approved area everywhere inside there was typical restaurant supplies laid out everywhere they need more room and of course long lines to cash register after circling the store I found what I wanted but I must they have gotten better with directions they have se lovely huge signs now that actually tell youwhata down that aisle so helps out alot and cut down on some store time but over all it was Brooklyn I delivered in the back of the store which can be a nightmare for a 53' ( tractor trailer) doors are close not evenly sparse out and the road with space that you needed to get a better swing around had a lovely power wire of some sort dangling just height of your windshield just to make the day more challenging and once you backed in then the day starts about 2 to 3 hours of unload time I never understood that this product coming from there where house not manufacturing plant and still takes time to off...

As a truck driver this place is a headache from start to finish. Just deal with it and move on. That being said... The easiest way to get here is I-78e, loop around to Grand Street. Stay in right lane. 2 streets up is Grand Street. Turn right and go 2 streets up to Fairmount Ave. Turn right. 1/2 mile up on the right is Amity St. I follow the same route backwards to I-78 and take I-95 to wherever you go. There is a low bridge on Cornelison Ave going to Bright Street for I-78 so I've never been that way. Driver entrance is next to Door #4.Docks are tight and will test your backing skills. #1 is the hardest and there is a pole and gate blocking your pull up and a tree and curb for your hook turn. #3 has a bad ramp for unloading. #2 and #4 are your better doors.
