Muhlenberg Gardens — Local services in Jersey City

Hello this is Wendy Santana. I wanted to leave a review for my Hispanic father. We recently went through a fire in February and the manager in this place made it seem like she was so helpful just to at the end of the day not help. We just finished picking up all documents provided because she did not even give us an application to fill out. Due to this fire my father is currently homeless and yet this center is so awful to keep people with their expectations up just not to help them at all... if you try to go here just know they are wasting your time for applications that will take months to get accepted. Not caring the situation you as a HUMAN are...

I don’t understand why when you dial the listed number on the buildings’ website it’s out of service. I cannot understand why when an attempt is made to get information regarding their waitlist, you get the run around. What type of building management is this when you can’t access anyone at the main office during business hours? Then again this is Jersey City we’re talking about. Absolutely...

I must say that if the front desk personnel is indicative of how it treats residents, I am appalled. The individual was rude, condescending and abrupt. I asked why she was being so rude, she immediately said that no apartments were available. Also, there is a number to call to get information about the apartments, but you will not reach anyone.
