HORRIBLE!!! I’ve been doing my nails for YEARS and have never had such a bad experience. i was here once before for a filling and had a great experience with a man. No cuts, perfect shape, and painting and they even gave me a discount for gel polish so I decided to come back. When I came back I wanted to soak off my acrylic (because they were splitting from my actual nails) and get a new set with regular polish. At first my nails were soaking in a bowl in cold acetone (which ofc was not doing anything cause it needs to be warm) while someone else was using the heated acetone machine. After the person was done I had to ask to use the machine. No one came to file down the goop as it was coming off and they gave me a file and basically told me to do it myself. Before it was ready someone rushed to do my nails and not all acrylic was coming off so they pulled them off with tips. My real nails were breaking and coming off with the Acrylic. But regardless of this—-they put on a new set of acrylic that was way too thin to “make it look natural”. Before they put on new polish two nails already broke from simply tapping them gently on the table. Some nails were crooked I had to ask to have it straightened. I had to ask to thicken the acrylic cause ofc you want them to break so I can come back and get it fixed so you can make money off me. I was cut multiple times with the machine around my nail bed. The acetone over the cuts burned me. The person was extremely rude about the whole situation and said they had been doing nails for years and never had such a difficult client. I’m not difficult I’ve been to other nail salons that do great jobs, have soaked off acrylic without breaking my nails, have perfect shapes, and don’t cut my damn fingers taking days to heal. Unbelievable. I didn’t even wait to dry the polish I just walked out I was so upset. Maybe the man is good but I wouldn’t trust...

0 stars. Don't go! First of all they are unfriendly. The pedicure is done horribly. Everything is inly half done. Put cream onto the front of the legs, distribute, that's it. The cornea removal? They only swipe a little above your skin in a rush that's it. The lady was very careless in every way. She had long nails and repeatedly hurt me with them while holding my fingers. She cut my nails and left edges, they were not rounded at all. I told her to please correct this and she did the same as before: with the nail file she is 80% pnly filing your skin below but doesnt even file the nails with it - and yes, that hurts as well! She also cut too much from my skin along nail edges, it is still red. I had to ask the lady to change her gloves after she left me alone sitting at the table to tidy up other places, moving trash around - all while wearing the same gloves which she wanted to keep on continuing her work with my nails. Then, I chose a color that was already too old for usage - as the lady told me later when she recognized difficulties - She put another liquid into the nail polish bottle to mix it up and make it more fluid. Unfortunately, the color didn't dry properly in the following 30min. And, you could potentially move the full layer on the nail. Further many tiny air bubbles formed on all my nails within the polish. I went there 1.5days later to explain and asking for a color change. They didnt fully listen to what I wanted to say inyrrrupted my sentences, and told me you have never a guarantee with regular colors. I tell you, that color also remained in their shelf. And no, they didn't change my color. I would need to pay the full price again.

Btw, she told me a price to pay and wrote it even on a paper, I say, ok, and she comes back with a receipt showing a higher price (which...

If I could give Zero stars I would. Where do I start? The woman giving me a pedicure painted worst than my 4 year old niece and when I approched the shop owner asking was someone else available to repaint my nails she sent me back to the same girl who rushed the whole time. Not to mention they don't properly sanitize the tools or change gloves in between each client which I didnt realize till the person after me went. The same day I decided to get a full set no gel , and the woman doing my acrylic started to get aggressive with me after realizing I didn't want gel (I don't like the UV light which I explained to her) She also tried to make me feel bad saying "you're the only one in here who doesn't want gel".. like okay and ?? Anyways as she continues to do my nails she burns me SEVERAL times with the automatic nail file, which she just ignored and continued to rush and burn me some more. She than forced me to put my nails under the UV light saying it would help dry them... which burned me some more. In conclusion she was just ROUGH the entire time and she charged me $5 for a mediocre nail design.. On top of this when I told her my method of payment was card she tried to force me to pay with cash...I will NEVER go back to this place. And I hope they get shut down. I'm reporting you to the...

The ppl here do not value their customers. I went to get my nails done on Friday. They asked what I needed I said a full set. This lady proceeds to tell me it’ll be 20 mins. So I’m thinking cool. I can run to the bank and get the money for my nails out. I come back and I sit down waiting patiently. Once the 20 mins passed I asked again how long I’d have to wait and she like 20 mins. That 20 mins turned into 3 hours. After 3 hours I’m finally getting my nails done. Mind you it’s my birthday so I was just happy to be in the chair. Two day later my nail is broken. I returned to this place to get it repaired and guess what I had to wait an hour. Every employee I asked was rude and very nasty to me. I ended up leaving and crying outside. I’ve never been treated that way. I paid for a service and it was sloppily done. I will never go back to this place. Ima tell everyone I know not to go here too.

I went to have a full set done which was a disaster, my nails looked flying, horrible. First I tell the woman that I didn't like my nails and that i was willing to pay her but that i wanted to do it again. I paid, they took the nails away and I waited 1 hour in a machine with my fingers all damaged. When I sit in the chair to have it done again, they tell me that I have to pay for the service again. It seems to me a lack of respect and disregard for the client, charging me again for something they did wrong. Apart from that they charged me and did not return the money. I left without nails and paid 85$ You can see how my nails done

I had an amazing experience at the salon today! Felicia, my nail technician, is not only beautiful but also incredibly talented. She gave me a stunning beach-inspired design with a wet look in white and yellow, and when I say the details are on point, I truly mean it—I’m absolutely amazed. These are the best nails I’ve ever had! The salon itself is welcoming, relaxing, very respectful, and impeccably clean. I’m so impressed that Felicia will definitely be my new go-to nail technician, and I can’t wait to return for future services. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch nail care! ❤️Ally
