Queen Nail Salon — Local services in Jersey City

I get there at 10:45 am I am waiting for two hours for a pedi and lisa to do my nails but i told them anyone can do my pedi they said okay. This woman walks in and legit bypasses the wait and they set her up nicely in a chair to wait with the water running and a massage so I tell them I was here before her and they didnt give me the leisure of waiting comfortably. I been here two hours she got here 15 minutes ago. They act dumb like oh your waiting for a pedicure im like yea I told yall I was and I been here for two hours yall had chairs open I could have been waiting comfortably like this girl who had no wait. Then the woman tries to put me in the broken beat up chair and im like im not sitting there. You gave this girl who hasnt been waiting this brand new comfortable chair while she waits but i have been here for two hours and did not get the same treatment and not only that im a faithful customer. I didnt complain the whole time while im sitting here. Then the lady is like im gonna do her pedicure the other girl is almost done you wait for her im like no i was here before her and I have been waiting for TWO hours. They was like well she had an appointment and im like THIS IS NOT RIGHT cause when I called and asked if i can make an appointment you told me no appointments on Saturday. I walked out and told them they do HORRIBLE business. I have been going there for years, they do great nails but rhe wait is ridiculous and they are not doing fair business. Literally the nastiest attitudes ever. I literally went in about 40 minutes ago, they had two people being serviced. The lady sitting in the second chair on the looked at me and didn’t even speak. They still had an hour until closing, yet she looked at the time and rolled her eyes. I was immediately turned off but I really needed a pedicure for my trip that I am taking tomorrow. So I took a sit in the waiting area. 5 min later she asked me what I was getting, although I wanted a pedicure her nasty attitude turned me off so I asked for a polish change, since that quicker and clearly she doesn’t feel like working. She then looks at my toes rolls her eyes AGAIN and told me to pick a color (With a nasty tone) I decided to leave because 1- why would I spend my money where it’s clearly not wanted and 2 I don’t want someone with an attitude about DOING THEIR JOB servicing me. Customer service is important, people don’t have to patronize you and if you had no customers- which honestly it looks like they don’t get that many- you don’t make money. I went to this place on my Graduation year for 8th grade. I was getting my nails re-done. It was a pretty new place and they didnt have a wait so I thought why not give it a shot. I had acrylic so they had to take it out and put new ones in because I wanted them longer. THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE. They had no regards for my natural nails. My actual nails actually hurt for about a week, its like they had no experience with taking out acrylics. A couple of days ago I was in the area and I though why not get a re-touch. The place across the street (Natural Nails).. the place I usually go was booked and I was in a hurry so I thought it's been years, maybe they've gotten better and this time I was only doing a Gel Manicure ( I have gel on coming in and they had to take it off). I paid extra for them to take it off the proper way (by soaking it in acetone). They Still messed me up.
