What can I say about UT?! LOTS!!! First after going to many, many armors and not getting the service or feeling of an owner who wanted my business;I found a man who was just starting out. This man barely had his items up but he coached me on everything. When I had a question didn't matter how foolish, Fernando had an answer or made sure I got the correct information. Me, I'm army and a loyal dawg;Fernando and Urban Tactical will always be my go to. As the years passed and the ccw laws in New Jersey started to Blossom, Fernando then had the ccw qualifying course set up and on a hot weekend we went to qualify. He's also a stickler for doing it the right way; my local Police department had no problem with all my paper work. Then i had a problem with a build- he straightened that out in no time flat for a fee lower then my expectations. When my girls come of age UT will definitely be in their lives. I went into the store just to browse around. I already went to another local store and was very disappointed with the service I received so I went in on the defensive side. As I entered the store, I was greated by Fernando. Even though he had other customers, he came, he introduced himself and told me to have a look around and he'd be with me shortly. When he came back, he didn't rush me or push me to buy anything. He was more interested in what I wanted and how he could help. Because I'm a first timer, I had what seemed like a million questions. He answered all my questions and offered his professional advice. He helped pick out what was right for me Andy needs. I was so happy with the service provided by Fernando, what was supposed to be a window shopping experience became my first purchase experience. I will forever be a customer. I walked into the shop after doing about a year of research for the exact gun that I wanted. I was willing to look at a few in store but I knew which one I specifically wanted. Fernando went above and beyond trying to see what might feel good in my hands to make sure that the M&P2.0 that I had wanted would have felt right in my hands compared to what he had in stock. When I was sure this is what I wanted, he went ahead and looked through his contacts to try and obtain what I wanted. In just a few days, he had a special version of the exact firearm I wanted at essentially the same price. I couldn’t believe the type of service, speed of service, and overall incredible customer experience that I had here. As I continue to save, I will most likely be building my rifle with him when possible and I have already recommended him to a handful of my friends that both have and are looking to get an F.I.D.
