The Angel Venue — Local services in Jersey City

My niece’s party was here this weekend. Firstly, the initial amount we spoke about was increased 2xs. Secondly, when we first met to look at the venue they were late and then late again day of to open the venue. The place is beautiful don’t get me wrong but the kitchen is horrid, to the point we had to deep clean ourselves prior to using it and, of course when renting venues you may have to clean a little but there was nothing that was clean to begin with. We then were interrupted by another party that the owner double booked and we had to quickly try and finish cleaning up so they were able to come in and not one person from the establishment was on site. I booked this place for my nieces birthday party last night. It cost over 1000 dollars with a refundable 150 dollar if we cleaned up ourselves. For one the floors were sticky and the kitchen was dirty. Then we were told we’d have the place till 7pm.
