I went in simply to get a quote on a watch repair, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The staff gave off the impression that I was bothering them just by being there, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was even a child at the front desk showing attitude, which felt very unprofessional.

When I finally spoke with someone, I was told they couldn’t fix my watch because it was missing a piece. I expected at least a quote for the replacement part or some alternative solutions, but instead I was just told there was nothing they could do. End of conversation. No effort to help further, no suggestions, not even an attempt to sell me another watch.

Overall, very poor customer service and sales approach. Definitely not a place...

Way in jewelry is the best place I have ever seen first the people there are very nice and friendly Mariam is the best and Nader great person and patrec they r all great people u really fell home with family the care a lot number 2 the items is very very high quality they r the best the prices is really great they r great place u will ever see I love to go there I fell happy around this people thx u so much Nader and Mariam and Patric Love you all , merry Christmas and happy new year god...

So I went to this spot because I was told they were good. I go buy a necklace with a small charm. Quick 270 OK.. Same night the necklace breaks. I go the next day so they can fix it. Get charged 10 bucks to fix. OK cool. A week later. Breaks again same spot. I go back so they can fix it, I get charged 40 for it this time. And 9$ tax. Cause I don't carry cash. Needless to say I get home and the necklace broke again. At this point, screw it. 329$ down the drain. Won't get no more...
