Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant — Restaurant in Jersey City

You need to stop selling stale soup. As a Jamaican I know when soup is freshly cooked. Went there on July 30th and purchased 2 soups. The soup was so stale which got me so sick until I almost vomited out my tripe the whole day. I was told that I can come back and get 2 soups, now only to be told "NO" I can't get it. That woman on the phone was so rude. Is this the way you treat customers Golden Krust??? Wow! Just wow! You just lost another customer.... "People please beware, don't buy their soup early in the morning or none at all because it's STALE overnight soup that's heated up the following day!!!!" Shame on you Golden Krust! And to the manager/management your staff need proper training/mentoring sessions. You better thank God I didn't file a lawsuit for that STALE soup which was sold to me that made me sick. It's not the first I have had bad experience with this specific branch. Pictures of soup is posted below, what kind of soup is this with the chicken so stringy and disappear from the bone? Ok so now i finally get a chance to write this review, was busy over the weekend holiday. Ok on the date of 05/26/2013 i went into golden kurst and order my food. When i got home i served the food out to my family and we noticed the taste of the rice was kinda weird, it had a bitter taste to it so we open the second tray to find that the rice was hard as heck and no bitter taste and in both tray's the bbq chicken was hard and dry then 5 mins into this awful meal we started to smell something. I put my nose to tray one with the bitter rice to only get the smell of old beans sour old beans, like the beans have been sitting out for days. i called to complain about the food to only get the response, we made the food fresh this morning :/ i told her my story about the food and she kept saying the food is fresh.I will never go there again and i will share my bad food story with my...

EXTREMLY DISSATISFIED!!! I visited this establishment on more than one occasion before writing this review and came up with the following conclusion, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. The cashiers or front desk people (whatever they call themselves) are all extremly rude and have zero buisness in this industry. The man with the piercings and tattoos I watched speak over my food, use no gloves when handling, nor did he do his job and specify there's a difference between a combo and a meal. All I wanted was a meal and a drink but because I didn't say "combo" I was denied. Then there was a female attendant who itched her scalp then handled another customers order.
