I had my nails done by an older lady technician and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had, not even being dramatic. I got builder gel at another salon which I wanted to take off after it was growing out and do a regular polish manicure here. Builder gel is similar to acrylic but it is stronger, just needs a longer soak and drilling and they come off leaving your nails very healthy and strong still. She didn’t do a proper soak method with the foil and kept drilling until my nails were paper thin. I had to stop her because it was hurting and started peeling off the remaining builder gel pieces. She stopped me, said that was bad for my nails, and continued drilling. I wanted short almond, she left me with weak brittle nails that they were bending backwards (so painful). I ended up having to tell her to completely cut my nails and now i’m left with extremely brittle, bendy nail beds. She kept getting defensive and brushing it off when I would mention the better method, say it hurts, or stop the excessive drilling. Also, her “massage” was using the cuticle oil all up my arm and rubbing it in for a few seconds, when I spoke up, she tried to push the Deluxe package on me, when Classic Manicure clearly says “quick lotion massage.” So then she grabbed my arm to give me a bad lotion massage after she painted my nails so I had to keep my arm stiff and make sure it wasn’t touching her shirt, it wasn’t relaxing and I didn’t even want her to continue at that point. On the other hand, my mom had two younger lady technicians and had a great experience so take it...

Staff was very friendly, but I feel my manicure was rushed. I visited for the first time for a manicure and pedicure. I had gel on my natural nails for the first time 2 weeks ago from another place, I didn't know they used a buffing tool to remove the polish and I hated how it felt coming off. My manicurist suggested gel again, but after seeing my natural nail once the gel was removed I changed my mind and requested the regular polish. I feel once I chose the regular polish she was a little irritated, because she sprayed the alcohol to rinse my nail and then applied the polish, but no hot towels, cuticle oil,or massage. She started on another client, but once I asked the other staff was I supposed to get the massage with the manicure after seeing other clients they said oh she was waiting on you to dry since you changed your mind on the gel polish. My Pedicure was nice, but I was told to sit there and dry for 15 minutes, but Noone helped me get my shoes so I sat longer so I wouldn't mess up my feet. After about 30 to 45 minutes she came and said oh you should be dry you can go and then she helped with my shoes. The staff was very friendly, but my nails are already chipped and it has only been 24 hours. I have always used regular polish with my manicures and Pedicures and they have never messed...

I've been to this nail salon twice. Not a great experience during either trip. I gave them another try because they fixed their mistake from my first appointment the next day.

During the second trip I was shuffled around to 3 different technicians. I booked an appointment, but they kept taking walk-ins & moving me to a new technicians. I am a very patient person, but I had been there 45 min & they had only ground off the gel over my acrylics on one hand. I was about to leave, but I didn't want to try to find another salon that day. I definitely should have. My nails did not turn out even remotely close to the inspo picture & the final technician was very rude. I kept asking him to make the nails shorter but he wouldn't listen. When I finally got home one of my nails popped off. I didn't even bother calling them to ask them to fix it. I had been there for almost 2 hrs. I was not about to go back. I did end up filling down my nails to a more comfortable length.

Also, when I removed the acrylics myself at home the acrylic smelled horribly. I've done this before & it was a far worse order than I've ever experienced.

All-in-all, I would not recommend to a friend

Edit: this review is definitely for this location & there was more than (1) male technician when I was...

I really wanted to like this place. I haven’t gotten my nails done since the start of the pandemic so some self care was overdue. Anyway, in the pictures, you can see that the gel polish on top of the acrylic is insanely streaky. She kept filing where my natural nails are and taking them in which I think they used the wrong size of tips. You can see that the underside of the nail is lumpy. She didn’t put polish on the whole nail & my fingers are covered in glue and acrylic. I only came here because of review photos but I would’ve rather spent $50 somewhere else. & I know my natural nails are going to be so bad because of how much they filed it in. I’m so confused why they would do this. Like my natural nails were cut into a short square when I came in & they’ve filed into basically a triangle starting way low. Like why? These nails were for a vacation & now I’m going to be worried about hiding them. In response to the company’s reply: I’m not sure how not painting the whole nail, damaging the natural nail, & leaving acrylic & glue all over my hands is a miscommunication. If this is the best to be offered, then I will definitely not return.
