Green China Cafe — Restaurant in Johns Creek

My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed ordering our food from here since we moved to the area. They have an insanely fast delivery service and have really great food. Their customer service is what needs work. Tonight we ordered food for delivery and there was a coupon for “Free 4 piece egg roll with purchase of $40 or more”. Our order was $73.50. Normally the coupon is for a “free crab Ragoon” but tonight it was for egg rolls so we didn’t order egg rolls like we normally do because we were getting them for free this time. Ragoons were delivered, so I called the store and told them that I wanted egg rolls. They messed up the order and I wanted it the order right. I was appreciative that they came back and made my order right but they wanted the crab ragoons back. You’re not supposed to take food back. It’s against regulation. The owner made the biggest deal about it and was yelling at us saying that we stole from them. They got the order wrong, they messed up and yet were the ones getting yelled at. I order from here to deliver my lunch at work from time to time. The service is great, the food is always fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! I decided to go to the restaurant for the first time to seat down and have lunch. The service was STILL wonderful and the food was fresh hot made to order. I had the sesame chicken and it was so good. The lunch meal came with soup and an egg roll. What I love about this place is that the food taste fresh and like they take time to clean and prepare with care. I have been to some Chinese restaurants that you can taste the old grease that has not been changed out for weeks and the fried rice taste like it’s days old. NOT HERE…everything is fresh and taste clean and absolutely amazing. I would rate this restaurant a 10 out of 10. I may have found my favorite Chinese restaurant in Atlanta, this one is by far the best!

I wish there were pictures of each dish identified on their website. I’ve had the Asparagus Shrimp and Snowpeas Beef, both amazingly delicious. The Garlic Chicken was not good. Today, I’m so disappointed as the Sweet & Sour Shrimp is breaded & has no vegetables. Since they had no picture online, I googled Chinese Sweet and Sour Shrimp & every picture has unbreaded shrimp, green & red peppers, onion, pineapple chunks & sauce. Mine today, had 3 tiny chunks of pineapple in the sauce…so just teeny tiny shrimp with a LOT of breading, on rice with the sweet/sour sauce. Not much shrimp taste to it.
