Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Johns Creek

We've been here three times and have tried to give this restaurant the better of the doubt. Unfortunetly, it hasn't got any better. The first time we came was during their soft opening. Not great! No one knew what to do. What a mass confusion. So we said, Ok, soft opening well come back again once they get their act together. A month later it was like ground hog day, same confusion and disorganization. Strange that the Manager at this location seems oblivious to it all. Our coffees came up after 10 mins and in 20 min later our food order came in drips and drips. No one knew what they were doing. You would think after a month or so things should get better...Nope! So, today visit number 3. Would you believe it, it hadn't changed a bit. We so some new faces but just as incompetent as the old ones. And the thing that got me the most disturbed is the Manger is the same from the beginning is just as incompetent as he was on day one. I forgot to mention, day one they had an issue with the front door. Guess what, they still have an issue with the front door. Cold as hell in there. I approached the Manager and told him that if he needed a good door repair person I could help him. Completely ignored me! The door remained opened ( would not close) and everyone was freezing their butt's off. If he would like customers to come in, sit down and enjoy the comfort of a eatery, this not the place. They may depend totally on drive through business but I don't believe this will keep them in business. I'm quit certain today was my last visit here unless someone I can trust tells me it's under new management. Too bad, I thought this was going to be nice coffee hang...

I love the food and the coffee. I think the staff is very pleasant. However, I’ve had an issue every time I have been to this establishment since it is opened. I feel like there is based on my experience, either a lack training or lack of experience throughout the staff in the store we were in there yesterday we had ordered Two coffees, a doughnut, a cookie, and a cookie plush. When we got to the window we had been told that the coffee we ordered were not actually available yet because they had not received the components they needed to make them so that was fine. We were informed about that and we were able to select substitutions. We received the bag with our food items and I looked, and there was no plush cookie and when I asked about it, they told me they just put extra cookies in there because they did not have the plush which is not the same thing and so then I asked for a refund and They did not inform me that the plush was not there. Then when we went in the parking lot, and my husband took a bite out of the doughnut it turns out it was a completely different doughnut, and we had not been informed that they had made that substitution. They were not going to tell us that there was no cookie plush or that they had given us the wrong donut and I know that for a fact because they did not tell us that they gave us the wrong donut. It really has put me off of Tim Hortons with the fact that we have had an issue every single time and then the fact that they did not tell us about the substitutions they made on our...

I wanted to like you Tim Hortons I really did! I got the new iced matcha and a ham and cheese croissant both were inedible. The matcha was thick and slimy like drinking a cup of mucus. I’ve had matcha from every drive thru coffee shop in a 20 mile radius I have never ever tasted anything that foul. I wasn’t expecting high grade ceremonial matcha but I can’t begin to imagine what they put in this stuff. Fine bad matcha not the end of the world let me try this croissant seems impossible to mess this up it’s just pastry puff, ham, and cheese. WRONG! I don’t know what kind of substitute they used for the pastry puff but it was not comparable. Somehow the worst thing in this entire order was the cheese inside of this thing. It wasn’t cheese it was a mystery substance with a very chemically taste. I understand they are cheap but I made almost the exact same order at Carribou down the road and it was delicious for about the same price. I took maybe 3 sips of the drink and a couple bites of the croissant before tossing both. Maybe I should have tried coffee and a donut because that seems to be what they’re known for but I am not even giving them that chance considering how bad this was. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean but that’s the only positives I’m able to offer here. So...
