Geek Squad — Local services in Johnson City

They wrote the password incorrectly to get into my computer. I told them I had very important files regarding a customers project and had a hard deadline which will cost me several hundreds of dollars in revenue. They NEVER called me.. I had to call the 800 number so they could tell them to contact me. Then they sent me a number with an extension. So I call the number and it never accepts the pound to put in the extension. I finally get hold of the national number again and they said that the stores have cut off access to contact the stores directly. This is terrible...

I will never go to geek squad again. I made 3 appointments and went in once without an appointment to get my phone screen fixed. I was turned away ALL times because they didn’t have the supplies to fix my iPhone 11 and refused to order the parts. Not to mention one staff member there is extremely rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go to simply Mac for your IPhone repairs. They took in my phone take morning even though they made my appointment for 5pm and had it fixed and back into my hand before my actual appointment. Not to mention simply Mac staff so...

I needed a radio at Best Buy, I got and paid for that. Then the radio it seems was draining my battery so I went back and as a courtesy they checked my radio and battery. Suddenly, for my October billing I see they're about to charge me $363.67 for 3 years to join the GOLD SUBSCRIPTION (whatever that is). This was presented to me in a Greed Squad email which I will dispute thru my credit card company if they don't erase this fee for absolutely NOTHING. I did not ask to join. I did not even know it existed. Do not ever go there without expecting surprise fees tacked...
